When you use Axis Suite's voice features ('Hey PulseAxis' wake word detection and voice commands):

Audio Capture:

We temporarily capture audio when you use voice commands.

Storage:

Raw audio is deleted immediately after processing; only text commands may be saved as part of your business insights.

Third Parties:

We may use speech recognition services (OpenAI, Google, etc.) that process audio according to their privacy policies.

Control:

You can disable voice features anytime in Settings → Voice Assistant.

Consent:

Using voice features constitutes consent to this audio processing.

Your voice data is never used for advertising, marketing to others, or training AI models without explicit consent.
