Welcome to Axis Suite. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Axis Suite platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
• By using Axis Suite, you represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
• To access the Services, you must create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You agree not to:
• Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing and payment terms are available on our website.
• All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Axis Suite may change pricing with prior notice.
• Axis Suite and all related content, logos, trademarks, and software are the exclusive property of TrendAxis and its licensors.
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
• Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Security & Compliance Policy.
• You retain ownership of your data. Axis Suite will process data only as necessary to provide the Services.
• By using voice commands, you consent to audio processing for business intelligence purposes.
• Voice data is not shared with third parties except as necessary for processing your requests (e.g., speech-to-text services).
• Raw audio is deleted immediately after processing. Only transcribed text may be retained as part of your business data.
• You may disable voice features at any time through Settings → Voice Assistant.

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Axis Suite is not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party failures, or events beyond our control.
• You may cancel your account at any time.
• Axis Suite may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your access to the Services will end, but certain obligations (e.g., fees owed) may survive.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axis Suite and TrendAxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axis Suite, TrendAxis, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Axis Suite may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
